The Lubbock Professional Toastmasters Club is an advanced club for any toastmaster who has achieved the Competent Communicator (or Competent Toastmaster) award.  The club focuses on advanced speaking and evaluating techniques to help members develop a higher level of communication skills.  It also serves as a resource to current and future district officers, helping them develop greater leadership skills.
